2. Shipping Fees and Pricing Structure

Shipping fees are applied based on the order value shown at checkout:

  • Orders of AUD 120 or above: shipping fee may not apply

  • Orders below AUD 120 : a flat shipping fee of AUD 7 may apply

Product prices displayed on the website generally include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Where applicable, deliveries are arranged using a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) model.

Under this arrangement, additional customs duties or import-related charges are generally not required to be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Orders completed before 6:00 pm (AEST) are typically confirmed on the same business day

  • Orders completed after 6:00 pm (AEST) are usually confirmed on the next business day
